With Trudi®, there are no lock-in contracts. Speak to our Sales team if you need help to choose a package that’s right for you. After your 30-day free trial, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes mid-month will reflect on the next invoice.

How many users can I have on the platform?

As many as you like! Our property management AI benefits from having the whole team using Trudi®. There are no changes to what you pay for adding more users.

How am I charged?

When you activate Trudi® via your preferred property management software provider, we’ll sync the number of properties (or units) your company manages and determine the estimated charge for the billing period, paid in advance, each month. Any increase or decrease is calculated pro-rata (daily) and adjusted on the next month’s invoice. Sales tax is then added along with the transaction fee we pass along from Stripe, our billing partner.

What happens if we have to cancel?

If circumstances change, only the Owner role can request a cancelation. We’ll turn off all integrations with your property management software and email provider, then our Support team will provide an extract of the communication history with your customers via Trudi®, for your records.
