Can I use Trudi® for property sales or strata purposes?
Currently, Trudi® is primarily designed for residential property
management purposes and is not suitable for property sales or strata
management. However, at Trudi®, we actively consider potential
expansions and enhancements, so it's possible that features related to
property sales or strata purposes could be introduced in the future.

Where do I download the desktop app?
To download the Trudi® desktop app, you can find it on the App Store
for Apple devices and the Microsoft Store for Windows devices. Simply
follow the provided link to access the respective store, or you can
search for "Trudi®" in the store's search bar to locate and download
the desktop app for your preferred platform.
You will need to be invited to use Trudi® by your company
administrator. Be sure to follow the link in the email invite to set
up your account in the desktop app.
If you are an existing user of the Trudi® desktop app and are unable
to log in, we recommended completing our forgotten password flow. If
you continue to have issues, please
raise a support ticket.
The desktop app has stopped working?
If you ever encounter issues with the desktop app or need to
refresh the page for any reason, forcing a reload from your top menu
bar is a simple and effective solution. If you’re still having trouble

Where do I download the tenant mobile app?
To download the Trudi® tenant app, you can find it on the App Store
for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
Simply follow the provided link to access the respective store, or you
can search for "Trudi®" in the store's search bar to locate and
download the desktop app for your preferred platform.
Your property needs to be managed by a company that subscribes to
Trudi®. You will either be sent an email invitation or can sign up
directly within the app when prompted for your property address.
If you are an existing user of the Trudi® App and are unable to log
in, we recommended completing our forgotten password flow. If you
continue to have issues, please
raise a support ticket.
With Trudi®, there are no lock-in contracts. Speak to our Sales team
if you need help to choose a package that’s right for you. After your
30-day free trial, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Changes mid-month will reflect on the next invoice.
How many users can I have on the platform?
As many as you like! Our property management AI benefits from having
the whole team using Trudi®. There are no changes to what you pay for
adding more users.
How am I charged?
When you activate Trudi® via your preferred property management
software provider, we’ll sync the number of properties (or units) your
company manages and determine the estimated charge for the billing
period, paid in advance, each month. Any increase or decrease is
calculated pro-rata (daily) and adjusted on the next month’s invoice.
Sales tax is then added along with the transaction fee we pass along
from Stripe, our billing partner
What happens if we have to cancel?
If circumstances change, only the Owner role can request a
cancelation. We’ll turn off all integrations with your property
management software and email provider, then our Support team will
provide an extract of the communication history with your customers
via Trudi®, for your records.
What happens if I need to update or downgrade my account?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time via your account
settings in the Trudi® desktop app. Or feel free to contact our Sales team
directly.
